- This support service is performed on all ATS developed software for Laboratory Systems
- Once the service is requested, you will be contacted to schedule a remote training session
- ATS will install the UPGRADED current software version on your laboratory computer
- Our technical staff will install, evaluate and validate your software during the remote session
- MEETS current version of ASTM E 283-26
Requirements:
WINDOWS 11 test computer required with internet access. (Windows 10 no longer supported)
ATS must be granted the ability for remote access and software installation to the test computer. This may require IT support.
